Consulting and design are billed as a professional service. If we are later awarded the equipment package, a portion of that fee may be credited under the design agreement. USPAP-compliant restaurant equipment appraisals are handled at RestaurantAppraisals.com.

Consulting agreements include a bid-match provision when the project goes out to bid.
